ABOUT US
Big Little Sis Media is a woman-led development and production studio creating original IP across film, television, and streaming platforms.
Founded by Executive Producers Latisha Fortune and Sheena D. Carter, the studio develops and produces original series and feature films with a clear creative point of view and the experience to deliver at a network level.
The studio established its presence with Social Society, the first original talk-variety series for AMC Networks’ ALLBLK. The series ran for two seasons and became a flagship title for the platform, demonstrating an ability to originate, package, and deliver culturally resonant IP.
Building on that foundation, Big Little Sis Media expanded into feature filmmaking, producing multiple original films for ALLBLK, including the platform’s first original feature, and continuing to grow its slate across formats and genres.
Our work is defined by character-driven storytelling, strong creative direction, and a clear understanding of both audience and platform. With experience across development, production, and marketing, we bring clarity, efficiency, and disciplined execution to every project.
Big Little Sis Media continues to develop and produce original projects for network and streaming partners, focusing on culturally grounded, commercially viable storytelling.
